When he checks back the turn I figure him to have like a middle pair, weak 9 or A hi type hand. I bet the turn for value, if I knew he were more aggressive I check and let him bluff/value bet thin.
When he raises me I think his value range is something like T9 (some % of the time, pretty rare though) T5, maybe something like 99, either way, not a lot of hands. However he could have checked back air or he could be turning a made hand into a bluff (unlikely I know, but just throwing it out there).
If he for some reason decided to not cb any of the hands that can give him a gutter/open ender on the turn, he could very easily raise those. I do assume he will be cbetting most of those hands though which does make this raise kind of scary.

My hand can look like a QJ type hand or maybe he thinks he can rep the T, i'm not sure. I just figured there was nothing to stop him to continue with any of the bluffs he had on the turn.
